New Years in Winter Park
After Christmas in New Hampshire, Terence, Cath and I headed to Winter Park, Colorado to surprise my uncle Joe for his 60th birthday and ring in the New Year! We had a blast hanging out with all of our relatives – even though I didn’t ski since there wasn’t enough snow and it was super windy. My favorite part of the trip was that each night a different team prepared the meal, some more creatively than others (our team was the clear winner, despite what the secret ballots said). Our team made a delicious Mexican feast and bought sombreros and fake mustaches for everyone! We also did a white elephant gift swap and a festive New Years Eve celebration! It was so fun starting 2012 with my amazing family!
Is that G.W. in his very own sombrero? Or is your paper relative his separated at birth twin brother? ;) Looks like fun!
