Winter Park ski adventure
Last weekend, we were fortunate enough to spend some time in Winter Park, Colorado at the lovely Palen chalet. We got a whole gaggle of friends to accompany us on our westerly adventure and boy did we luck out with snow conditions and weather! Six inches or so fell as we were driving over the pass to the mountain and then the rest of the weekend was clear, sunny and fairly warm – perfect!
Highlights of the trip included bowling in the clubhouse, epic Super Bowl snacks, soaking in the hot tub, playing pool, Caroline’s fancy dinners, Wendy’s delicious desserts, snowmobiling on the Continental Divide and of course SKIING!

Thanks to all of our friends for making the trip out to Winter Park and a special thanks to Peg and Greg for letting us stay at their incredible house. We always have a blast when we visit and this was no exception!
